Your new role:

The Product Specialist reports to the Franchise Lead and is responsible for the overall end-to-end success of web properties by spearheading the technical requirements, product roadmaps, SEO enhancements, new product features, auditing and analytics.

What you'll be working on:

  • Primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of web properties, driving engagement and new traffic by defining and managing content strategies, search optimization and key features that will drive growth;
  • Be responsible for successfully implementing business strategies for your products;
  • Seek to understand user experience & customer experience through research & analytics to ensure your product solutions satisfy user needs;
  • Work with team members (content, SEO, development, creative and conversion) to define tasks based on product strategy to achieve the OKR's and ensure the delivery of these tasks from the various team members;
  • Communicate and monitor weekly/monthly analytics metrics. Own and lead communication within the product team;
  • Produce high-quality reports;
  • Ensure all processes and product features are well documented;
  • Augment properties to improve key feature performance to maximise organic search growth and conversion;
  • Continually audit content (written, visual and video);
  • Deliver exceptional work and innovative products; on strategy and on-time;
  • Take on additional projects as required to deliver on portfolio objectives;
  • Audit and support the success of web properties to drive engagement and new traffic by defining requirements and key features that will attract additional users;
  • Support the Franchise Lead to develop product strategies and roadmaps working closely with cross functional team members;
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on performance metrics and market research;
  • Work with Conversion Specialists to develop testing strategies with a strong focus on continual conversion and funnel improvement.

    What you will be bringing to your new role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or education in a relevant field;
    • 3+ years of commercial product experience, preferably within the Affiliate industry;
    • A very high proficiency in English is required; • Experience with WordPress CMS is considered an asset;
    • Ability to problem solve and proactively provide recommendations for web business;
    • Ability to form key relationships across the organization to build a strong culture focused on growth, learning and achievement;
    • Strong organizational skills with a focus on web content, business requirements and performance metrics;
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex web product concepts and make them easily understandable in text and illustration;
    • Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and complete tasks within required timeframes.
